Introduction:

Founded in 2008, the Centre has 4 full-time researchers, including 2 associate professors and 3 doctoral degrees. The Centre enrolls master students of constitutional and administrative law, and yields the substantial results in the field of administrative procedure, fundamental right protection and risk regulation.

Research areas:

The main research areas of the Research Centre for Constitutional and Administrative Law are fundamental right protection and risk regulation. The former mainly focus on right protection of ethnic minorities and farmers' land property right protection, and person in charge are Yang Cheng and Wu Yanyi. The latter mainly focus on environmental administrative regulation and ecological compensation, and person in charge is Zeng Na.
