Research Center of Civil and Commercial Law
Introduction:
The center was founded in January 2007 and its focuses are on civil and commercial law research work for China's civil and commercial legislation and legal services, so that close integration of scientific research and practical work. The center has courses for undergraduate and graduate, including civil law, civil procedural law, judicial system, civil and commercial case study, practice, legal clinics and other courses. We have a young and vibrant faculty team, and our professors have made outstanding achievements in teaching and research work. The center has formed its own characteristics in the research of civil law, commercial law, property law, family law and civil procedure law.
We welcome international collaboration on the above research fields.
