Introduction

The Research Center of Criminal Law and Code of Criminal Procedure is high-level research center with criminal law and criminal procedure law. The center concludes two subjects of criminal law and criminal procedure law which mainly aims in training the undergraduates , the graduates and the graduates for PHD with the basic theories of criminal law of China and other countries, the frontier of academic field, and improving their ability of using the theories into legal practice, studying and legislation.

Research area:

The researching field of academic center includes criminal law and criminal procedure law. The criminal law include Chinese criminal law, the criminal policy, China and AESRAN countries` cooperation to combat transnational crime and criminal justice. Criminal procedure includes the criminal procedure law, judicial system and criminal evidence of China and foreign countries. Mr. Chen Weiqiang is director of research center.
