Graduate students YI Jiapeng and HU Yushan had been trained at the Tan & Associates Law Firm as Student Interns in 2018. The training sessions include: Introduction of the Canadian legal system and legal research skills, practice of law in incorporation, shareholders agreement, purchase and sale of real properties, mortgage transactions, and strategies and procedures of civil litigation, and observation of administrative proceedings, criminal and civil trial proceedings, and law school seminars, etc.
